Experience: 1-3 years as HR/GA staff; prefer manufacturing plant focusing on steel/bauxite/metal industries.

Responsibilities
  • Admin HR: pengelolaan data karyawan, dokumen, kontrak, surat menyurat.
  • Payroll: perhitungan gaji, tunjangan, lembur, potongan, PPh 21.
  • BPJS: registrasi, pembayaran, klaim BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan BPJS Kesehatan.
  • Recruitment: job posting, screening CV, panggilan, wawancara awal.
  • Industrial Relations: pemahaman dasar UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13/2003.
  • GA Asset Management: admin dan monitoring inventaris kantor, peralatan pabrik non-produksi, kendaraan operasional.
  • Permits & Compliance: pengetahuan dasar perizinan lingkungan, legalitas perusahaan.
  • Vendor Management: koordinasi dan pengelolaan layanan pihak ketiga (katering, keamanan, kebersihan, alat tulis kantor).
  • General Affairs (GA): pengelolaan aset.
Qualifications

  • Ability to compute payroll, PPh 21.
