Job description

Organizational Development & Talent Management Manager

• Update organizational structure, job descriptions, and job grading.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and employer branding.
• Manage Talent Management programs (talent mapping, succession, career paths, IDP, leadership).
• Develop competency frameworks and oversee employee development.
• Lead corporate culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct organizational effectiveness surveys and give data‑based insights.
• Develop HR dashboards and organizational development & talent management reports and ensure continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality management system, OHS, and information security policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Management/Organizational Development, preferably a Master’s degree.
• 8‑10 years of work experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, and Culture Development.
• Experience in organization design, job evaluation, talent mapping, succession planning, leadership development, and culture transformation.
• Understanding of change management, employee engagement, and internalizing company cultural values.
• Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and familiar with HR.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a plus.
