Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our client in recruitment and branding strategy.

Job Description:
  • Assisting the executive team in selecting performance targets and identifying necessary strategic initiatives.
  • Ensuring that the strategies of business units and support units are aligned with each other and with the company's overall strategy.
  • Aligning documents with the strategies and executions identified in meetings and following up to ensure that these changes are implemented.
  • Coordinating with HR to ensure that education on strategic management processes is included in training programs.
  • Monitoring the progress of all strategic initiatives and reporting it to top management.
  • Preparing monthly and annual Corporate and Departmental Financial Budgets.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum education of Bachelor's degree, majoring in business management, industrial management, administrative management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Strategic Management Office Manager or related positions. Preferably with managerial specialization in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or similar roles.
  • Experience in developing strategic plans and business plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of market changes and forces that can influence the company.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in formulating Corporate Development Strategies and the ability to understand the overall company development situation.
