Qualifications

Our client is a Japanese Real Estate company. Currently, they are looking for HRGA Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist HR Manager in overseeing daily operations of HR Department, with focus on compensation, benefits, and payroll management.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, industrial relations, HR administration, and compliance with HR policies.

Ensure compensation programs, payroll processing, and employee benefits are aligned with company policies, industry standards, and labor regulations.

Provide support to employees regarding inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.

Ensure that HR practices comply with labor laws and organizational goals, and assist in resolving disputes and negotiations.

Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation related to compensation and benefits.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Business level English.

Min. 5 years of experience in HRGA, most recent role as Supervisor or higher.

Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and end-to-end payroll and PPh21 calculations payroll.

Has BNSP MSDM certification.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and Word.
