Job description
Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and strategic Regional HR & GA Manager to oversee end-to-end people operations across our Regional Office and Branches. This role ensures workforce readiness, employee development, compliance, and smooth HR processes that support business performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure workforce planning and staffing fulfillment at the Regional and Branch levels based on established productivity standards.
  • Deliver timely and accurate employee performance analysis.
  • Oversee employee competency development through effective training and education programs.
  • Ensure employees’ rights and entitlements are fulfilled accurately and reported to Head Office in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all Facility Services activities across Regional and Branch offices run effectively.
  • Maintain updated and complete permits, licenses, and employment agreements at Regional and Branch levels.
  • Manage the Regional HR & GA budget in accordance with approved allocations.
  • Achieve departmental targets through procedure development, work‑plan management, and corrective actions when required.
  • Ensure smooth payroll processes to guarantee accuracy and timely salary payment.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Human Resources / Management or related field. Master’s Degree will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist/HR operations roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • Solid understanding of workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor regulations, employment agreements, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze HR data (e.g., productivity, performance, competency gaps) and translate insights into actions.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, especially in managing multi‑branch operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across levels and functions.

Willing to be placed at Surabaya and travel to branches within the assigned region.
