Job summary

A leading automotive company in Jakarta is seeking an experienced HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Placement: Automotive Dealer, North Jakarta
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Oversee employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance, including language training as needed
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, salary benchmarking, and benefits negotiations
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers to facilitate continuous improvement
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Ensure HR systems and processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field
