Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR; minimum age of 35 years old.

Education: minimum bachelor's degree (preferably in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management).

Proficient in operating computers and related HR applications.

Understanding of labor regulations, including laws, government regulations, ministerial regulations, and collective labor agreements (PKB).

Understanding of various HR functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee development, and industrial relations.

Understanding of BPJS Health and Employment registration and applications.

Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; preferable in English as well.

Able to think logically, analyze situations, and solve problems, especially under pressure.

Able to interact with employees, management, and other related parties.

Highly motivated, disciplined, loyal, and willing to learn.

Possess the ability to manage conflicts and negotiate solutions.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Manage employee attendance, leave administration, and timekeeping systems.

Support management in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Stay updated on HR trends, labor regulations, and best practices.

Prepare and maintain employment contracts, company policies, and HR documentation.

Handle labor inspection audits and government reporting requirements.

Support company culture initiatives and employee engagement programs.
