Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team at RELX International. This full-time role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. It is central to our HR and Administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to‑day operations.


Job Responsibility

HR Process Management


  • Coordinate with external vendors and handle full-cycle employee lifecycle processes: manage onboarding, resignation, transfer in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate employee HR records, handle employee information and process in the HR system timely, and ensure data integrity


Recruitment Support


  • Coordinate local recruitment processes, e.g. interview scheduling (both virtual and on‑site), and follow‑up with candidates.

  • Assist in onboarding new hires: prepare employment documents, conduct orientation sessions to introduce company policies, team structure, and work procedures.


Office Administration Support


  • Manage company facilities, including space planning/design, vendor contracts and relations, and office functions and services. Track and replace office supplies as necessary.

  • Manage office support person and handle the monthly invoice and paymen


Team Engagement & Culture Building


  • Plan, organize, and execute local team activities (e.g., team‑building events, festivals celebrations) to enhance team cohesion and employee satisfaction.

  • Collect employee feedback on team activities and welfare, propose improvement suggestions to optimize employee experience.


Ad Hoc Tasks


  • Support other HR and administrative tasks assigned by headquarter HR or local GM.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree and above, majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration preferred.

  • 3‑5 years working experiences with 1‑2 years of relevant HR and administrative experience

  • Familiar with Indonesia labor laws, regulations, and local HR practices.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin is plus.

  • Quick learner, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills; able to work effectively with cross‑cultural teams.

  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
