- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing personalized wealth management solutions
- Proactively identify and address client needs, offering a comprehensive range of banking, investment, and advisory services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment specialists and financial planners, to deliver tailored financial strategies
- Actively monitor client portfolios, making recommendations to optimize performance and align with their evolving financial objectives
- Ensure exceptional client service and responsiveness, anticipating and addressing their concerns in a timely manner
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Treasures client segment by identifying new business opportunities and referrals
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the wealth management or private banking industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients
- Demonstrated expertise in investment products, portfolio management, and financial planning
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex financial situations and provide customized solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
