We're a small team of three, and we're looking for someone to lead a new division within our company. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to build something from scratch and grow with us.
You'll be the first point of contact for business owners who are considering selling their company. Your job is to dig into their business, understand what's working and what isn't, and identify the key areas where improvements could increase their company's value before a sale.
Once you've identified those opportunities, you'll present our consulting packages to help them make those improvements. Think of it as part analyst, part advisor, part business developer.
Once a client is ready to sell, you'll help prepare them for the market and assist in finding suitable buyers. This includes getting their documents in order, helping optimize operations, and supporting the partner in buyer outreach.
