Nobridge is an M&A platform and advisory firm focused on helping small and medium businesses across Asia sell their companies. We connect business owners with the right buyers and guide them through the entire sale process.

We're a small team of three, and we're looking for someone to lead a new division within our company. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to build something from scratch and grow with us.

What You'll Be Doing
Primary Focus: Business Analysis & Consulting Sales

You'll be the first point of contact for business owners who are considering selling their company. Your job is to dig into their business, understand what's working and what isn't, and identify the key areas where improvements could increase their company's value before a sale.

Once you've identified those opportunities, you'll present our consulting packages to help them make those improvements. Think of it as part analyst, part advisor, part business developer.

Day to day, this means:
  • Reviewing financial statements, operations, and business models of potential clients
  • Identifying weaknesses and opportunities that affect company value
  • Presenting clear recommendations to business owners
  • Selling our consulting services to help them improve before going to market
Secondary Focus: Supporting the Sale Process

Once a client is ready to sell, you'll help prepare them for the market and assist in finding suitable buyers. This includes getting their documents in order, helping optimize operations, and supporting the partner in buyer outreach.

What We're Looking For
  • Professional‑level English (spoken and written). Communicating with business owners and sometimes international buyers.
  • Solid understanding of M&A concepts and what makes a business attractive to buyers.
  • Experience analyzing businesses—including financial statements, operations, and market positioning.
  • Comfortable with sales. Can present recommendations and close consulting engagements.
  • Self‑starter attitude: high ownership and independence, suitable for a small team.
What We Offer
  • Salary: Starting at IDR 10,000,000/month + performance bonuses
  • Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
