Responsibilities

• Build and maintain engagement towards new & existing digiPrime customer
• Educate, explain and advise customers regarding wealth products and promotions to customers that available in digibank Apps
• Achieve Wealth AUM and Liabilities growth target
• Increase number of Wealth holder within digiPrime segment
• Ensure compliance policy are well implemented

Requirements

• Min S1 as education background
• Having WPPE/WAPERD certification is a plus
• Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year as Funding Marketing Officer or Telebanking officer with wealth experienced
• Having an experience engage customer through telecalling
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skill
• Good understanding in application of principles of sales, including interpersonal skills and problem solving
• Target oriented
• Understanding of Banking product, especially liabilities and investment products & transaction flow of each product
• Capable of operating Microsoft office
