Business Function

Group Planning supports the Bank in the origination and execution of key strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments and joint ventures, divestments, capital management and other ad-hoc strategic initiatives, to maximize the Bank's financial and competitive position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management and oversight of data ingestion processes for data management platform ID and SG GCP (for ID data)
• Ensure the operationalization of metadata completeness and accuracy evaluation
• Govern the use of Horizontal GenAI use cases within the organization
• Manage the ADA Activity and Cost processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for above processes to identify and address challenges
• Provide regular reporting and update on above processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or a related field,
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in audit, risk management, or governance, with a proven track record of leading successful risk management or governance function,
• Strong understanding of data management principles, including data ingestion, metadata management, and data governance
• Proficient in the use of data management tools and/or technologies, such as metadata management solutions
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data‑related governance issues into actionable solutions
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Familiarity with Horizontal GenAI use cases and their governance requirements
• Experience in managing processes based activity and cost, will be a plus.
