Team Introduction

The Medical & Development Team at DPI is a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to advancing scientific excellence and improving patient care. We work at the intersection of clinical research, regulatory compliance, and medical education—collaborating closely with healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and cross‑functional teams.

Your Role in this Journey:

1. Clinical Trial Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and close‑out of clinical studies across all phases.
2. Site Management: Oversee site selection, qualification, and monitoring to ensure compliance with GCP and study protocols.
3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with data management, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, and biostatistics teams to ensure seamless study operations.
4. Timeline & Budget Management: Drive achievement of project milestones, optimise resource allocation, and monitor financial performance.
5. Risk Management: Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation or corrective action plans.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key liaison with sponsors, investigators, and internal leadership.
7. Regulatory & Protocol Compliance: Ensure all studies adhere to SOPs, ICH‑GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Health Sciences
2. Minimum 1 year in clinical research or clinical trial management
3. Proven experience in leading multi‑site trials and cross‑functional teams
4. Familiarity with ICH‑GCP, ISO standards, and local regulatory frameworks (e.g., BPOM)
5. Clinical Trial Expertise: Deep understanding of trial phases, protocol development, and site operations
6. Project Management: Skilled in budgeting, resource planning, and milestone tracking
7. Regulatory Compliance: Ability to navigate global and local regulations
8. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills for sponsor and investigator alignment
9. Risk Management: Proactive in identifying and resolving operational risks
10. Data & Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CTMS, EDC systems, and data integrity protocols
