Business Function

Group Planning supports the Bank in the origination and execution of key strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments and joint ventures, divestments, capital management and other ad-hoc strategic initiatives, to maximize the Bank's financial and competitive position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting strategies
• Develop and implement data analysis processes, including data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of data analysis deliverables
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the data analysis function
• Communicate analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong background in Python and/or pyspark programming for data analysis
• Proficient in data extraction, transformation, and modeling using various tools and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to stakeholders
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques to present insights in a compelling and impactful manner
