UniteSync helps independent artists and composers get paid fairly by cleaning and organizing the global music publishing ecosystem. Social media is a key driver of our growth and our voice in the music-tech community.

As our Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for building and executing UniteSync\'s social media presence across LinkedIn and Instagram:

• Create and own the social media strategy and editorial calendar.
• Research trends, competitors, and audience insights to guide content.
• Content Creation
• Write, design, and edit posts (static, carousel, reels, stories).
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, colors, and visuals.
• Scheduling & Execution
• Schedule and publish posts on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Coordinate with the team for announcements, product updates, and campaigns.
• Community Engagement
• Respond to comments and DMs, and engage with industry content.
• Collaborate with potential partners and influencers where relevant.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend optimizations.

1. 1–2 years of experience managing brand social media accounts (agency or in-house).
2. Skilled in creating content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
3. Proficiency with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
4. Basic video editing skills for creating reels and stories (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
5. Strong copywriting skills with a focus on engagement and conversions.
6. Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Later, or similar).
7. Experience with social media advertising and campaign management is desirable.
8. Knowledge of the music industry or passion for music is a strong plus.
9. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple campaigns.
10. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.

A video interview and a skills test will be required as part of the selection process.

This is a remote contractor role with flexible working hours, aligned with UniteSync\'s campaigns and posting schedule.

Must be legally eligible to work as a contractor in your country of residence.
