Organization Development and Performance Specialist

Responsibilities
- Strategic partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to management, aligning HR initiatives with overall business goals to drive performance and growth.
- Talent management: Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Employee relations: Provide guidance and support on daily HR issues, including employee conflicts, grievances, and compliance, to improve work relationships and productivity.
- Organizational development: Work with leadership to build organizational capability, improve work relationships, and foster a high-performance culture.
- HR strategy and policy: Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that are aligned with the company's objectives.
- Data analysis: Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and inform HR strategies.
- Coaching and guidance: Coach managers and supervisors on leadership, motivation, and HR best practices.
- Change management: Act as a change agent, influencing positive change within the business environment.
Job Requirements
