Responsibilities
  • Manage and improve the performance of company marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop).
  • Develop sales, pricing, and promotional strategies across marketplaces.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns (flash sale, vouchers, and marketplace ads).
  • Optimize product listings (title, description, visuals, and marketplace SEO).
  • Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rate, and store KPIs.
  • Analyze performance data and provide recommendations to increase sales.
  • Coordinate with marketing and content teams.
  • Conduct live streaming on e-commerce platforms.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
  • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and analytics dashboards.
