About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Tecno Indonesia division, ensuring excellent customer service and driving revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, developing and implementing tailored strategies to meet their evolving needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, providing exceptional service and support
  • Identify new business opportunities within your client accounts and work closely with the sales team to convert these into revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to your clients
  • Analyse client data and provide valuable insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of the Tecno Indonesia division
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an account management or client-facing role, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to meet client needs
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
