Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, variance analysis, and cost monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost variances
• Control production, operational, CAPEX, and OPEX costs
• Analyze standard vs actual costs, cost trends, and inefficiencies
• Prepare cost reports and performance analysis for management
• Develop and maintain standard cost structures and dashboards
• Track and validate cost-saving initiatives and improvements
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (CPA/CMA is a plus)
• 3–5 years of experience in costing, cost control, FP&A, or manufacturing finance
