About the role

As an Indirect Material Purchasing Specialist at PT Jotun Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in the company's procurement processes. This full‑time position is based in Bekasi, West Java, and involves managing the procurement of indirect materials essential for the smooth operation of the organisation.

You will be responsible for ensuring a reliable and cost‑effective supply of the necessary materials to support the company's Manufacturing, Transportation, Marketing and Office activities. This position will be based in Kawasan Industri MM2100, Cibitung and report directly to Indirect Purchasing Supervisor.

What you'll be doing

• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers for indirect materials, such as office supplies, maintenance equipment, and other non‑production items, especially Marketing and General activities.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
• Manage the procurement process, including raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely receipt of materials.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and requirements for indirect materials.
• Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably handling marketing and manufacturing procurement.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor degree in any major.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
