Who are we?

Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leading digital lending product, Tunaiku has the distinction of being the first FinTech product in Indonesia. We are also the first digital bank on the cloud. As the first profitable digital bank, we managed to get listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

How did it all start?

Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank) in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform, Tunaiku.

Responsibilities

1. Identify potential business from the customer.
2. Promoting and marketing the product specially funding product (Deposito).
3. Responsible for conducting fund-raising customers (funding).
4. Build and maintain a good relationship with the customer.
5. Handling customer complaints and resolving customer issues as well as providing excellent services to customers.

Requirements

1. At least 5 Years of working experience as a Funding Officer in the Banking Industry.
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree from all majority.
3. Experienced in Deposito product, CASA, and Payroll Product.
4. Having proven experience in building customer loyalty.
5. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
6. Own and able to develop a personal network customer.
7. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skill, excellent selling skill, target-oriented, and have self-confidence.
