Polibeli is a B2B e-commerce platform that helps small retailers in Indonesia to get products easily with good prices. We are also growing our business into a modern trade channel and by opening offline stores that sell home living items, accessories, as well as expanding into toy categories.

Placement: Pluit, North Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Track industry trends (such as home appliances, beauty, snacks, etc.), analyze consumer behavior and competing product strategies, output commodity.
• Develop a category layout plan and plan the product structure (such as product positioning, price range, SKU distribution) in line with the company's brand positioning to ensure it meets the needs of local consumers.
• Source and maintain high-quality potential suppliers to ensure that products meet local certification standards.
• Develop procurement budgets and plans, balance inventory turnover ratio with sales targets, and optimize procurement costs.
• Analyze sales / inventory / market / customer group data, monitor KPIs (sales volume / inventory turnover / gross profit), and conduct regular reviews for optimization.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a buyer for offline retail brands, familiar with category, cost, sales boost, turnover, inventory management processes, etc.
• Has the ability to capture market opportunities and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Great proficiency in English. Mandarin proficiency would be a plus.
• Those familiar with specific industries such as homeliving / beauty / snacks are preferred.
