Responsibilities

Responsible for a Field Sales activities of System (ERP/HRIS).

Prospecting and qualifying leads and managing successful customer contracts.

Build new relationships with potential prospects by cold and warm phone calls, emails, and other online communication tools.

Represent the company as the first point of contact for existing customers.

Understanding customers' needs, collecting feedback for features improvement, and seeking opportunities for upselling.

Maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

Requirements

Candidate Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ Diploma Degree/ (Management/Marketing/Any discipline educational background).

Has Prior Experience 1-3 Years of B2B Sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Bahasa & English both speaking, writing.

Excellent selling and influencing skills.

Has experience on selling ERP/System is plus point.

Able to speak Korean is a Plus.
