About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Indonesia Berolahraga Bahagia' as a Finance Accounting Supervisor. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting for the organisation. This is a full‑time position based in the West Jakarta region of Jakarta Raya.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and supervising a team of accountants and finance professionals
• Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Analysing financial data and providing insights to support decision‑making
• Implementing and maintaining internal control procedures to safeguard company assets
• Liaising with external auditors and tax authorities as required
• Supporting the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and financial reporting requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and mentor junior staff
