Job summary
A leading hospitality firm in Indonesia is seeking a dedicated service staff member to provide exceptional guest experiences. - Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards.
- Responsible for full spectrum of duties, including greeting guests and ensuring efficient running of the ramp.
- Work alongside with all teams to ensure an exceptional guest journey from pre-arrival and during the stay, to departure and post-departure.
