- Lead And Manage The Finance Department, Including A Team Of Finance Professionals.
- Develop And Implement Financial Strategies To Support The Company's Growth And Expansion Plans.
- Drive Financial Planning, Budgeting, And Forecasting Processes To Ensure Financial Goals Are Met.
- Oversee Financial Reporting, Including The Preparation Of Financial Statements, Analysis, And Key Performance Indicators.
- Evaluate And Manage Financial Risks And Opportunities, And Make Recommendations To The Executive Team.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with strong track record as leader role within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in managing and developing finance teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
