A human resources management firm in Jakarta Pusat is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to oversee daily operations and manage recruitment and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, relevant HR certifications, and strong communication skills. You will ensure that HR practices comply with labor regulations and align with the organization's goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably 5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Certified Human Resources Management Professional (CHRMP) certification.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and government regulations.
Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
Supports the HR Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the human resources department.
Managing recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement, training development, industrial relations, HR Administration, and HR policy & compliance implementation within the company.
Ensures that HR practices align with the organization's strategic goals and labour regulations.
Assist HR Manager to develop and manage effective industrial relations strategies (ensuring compliance with labour regulations, facilitating communication between management and employees, and handling disputes and negotiations).
Any other tasks / projects that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements :
