Job summary
A leading e-commerce platform in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Creator Manager to oversee the management and development of multiple creators for its Video platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, particularly influencer management, and be adept with content-driven platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa, as well as a self-starter attitude to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in influencer management or marketing preferred.
- Knowledgeable in platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Self-starter able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop multiple creators for Shopee's Video platform.
- Execute marketing strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Coach creators on performance and align with local strategy.
Skills
Education
- Take ownership of managing and developing multiple creators for Shopee’s Video platform.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain talent, such as conceptualizing campaigns and initiating engagement events.
- Focus on creator growth and development while providing ongoing support for all their needs.
- Coach creators on how to improve their performance, train them on relevant tools, and align them with company policies and local strategy.
- Gather feedback from creators to implement improvements for the overall program, identify opportunities to improve SOP and creator tools.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 1+ years of experience in influencer management/marketing preferred.
- Knowledgeable and able to navigate content driven platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
