Job summary
A growing HR consultancy in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and enhancing the employer brand. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of HR experience and are proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in HR with strong exposure in Talent Acquisition.
- Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand current and future workforce trends.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective filling of open positions while maintaining high-quality candidate experience.
- Lead efforts and identify top-tier talent through various channels.
- Enhance organization employer brand by developing and implementing strategies to showcase company culture.
