Job summary
A leading technology firm in Jakarta Timur is seeking a fresh graduate for a procurement support role. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and filing documents, inputting data into systems, and maintaining records. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. There will be opportunities to learn about procurement processes. This role is suitable for civil engineering or industrial engineering graduates.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of technical specifications or construction-related documents is an advantage.
- Willing to perform administrative tasks and learn procurement processes.
- Having an understanding of civil works or contractors will be an added value.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, scanning, and filing procurement documents.
- Input and update procurement data in spreadsheets.
- Support in checking and organizing technical documents.
- Maintain proper records for audits and compliance.
- Assist in basic comparison of quotations under supervision.
Skills
Education
- Final year student or fresh graduate in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related technical fields.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and administrative skills.
- Basic understanding of technical specifications or construction-related documents is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Willing to perform administrative tasks and learn procurement processes.
- Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive documents responsibly.
- Assist in preparing, scanning, and filing procurement documents such as purchase orders, quotations, and contracts.
- Input and update procurement data in spreadsheets or internal systems.
- Support in checking and organizing technical documents (e.g., specifications, drawings, bill of quantities) required for procurement.
- Maintain proper records and ensure document accuracy for audits and compliance.
- Assist in basic comparison of quotations or technical offers, under supervision.
- Prepare simple administrative reports and summaries for the Procurement team.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Having an understanding of civil works or contractors will be an added value.
