Job summary
A food manufacturing company in Karawang is seeking an HSE Supervisor to ensure compliance with safety regulations and develop operational procedures. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and has over 3 years of experience in HSE roles within the food industry, along with a K3 Certification. This position emphasizes coordination with different teams and monitoring environmental impacts.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing HSE roles.
- Good understanding of HSE regulations, ISO 22000, and food safety standards.
- K3 Certification required.
Responsibilities
- Enforce compliance with HSE policies and regulations.
- Develop SOPs for the new factory.
- Monitor environmental KPIs and support sustainability goals.
- Ensure proper waste management.
- Liaise with external agencies on HSE matters.
Skills
Education
Our client is a Food Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for HSE Supervisor.
- Enforce compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop SOPs and work regulations for the new factory.
- Monitor environmental KPIs (waste, emissions, water usage, etc.) and support sustainability goals.
- Ensure proper management and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure safe operations or installations of new machines.
- Liaise with external agencies (e.g., government bodies, third-party auditors) on HSE matters.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Conversational English proficiency.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HSE Senior Staff in the food manufacturing industry, with good understanding of HSE regulation, ISO 22000 and food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
- Having K3 Certification.
- Ability to work with little supervision, with good coordination and analytical skills.
- Experience as HSE Supervisor in the food manufacturing industry.
