Job summary
A leading coffee brand in Indonesia is seeking a Costing Supervisor to oversee costing and inventory control across café outlets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting within the F&B sector. - Supervise daily costing and inventory control across café outlets.
- Analyze food & beverage costs, variances, and profit margins.
- Monitor recipe costing, wastage, and production yield accuracy.
- Collaborate with kitchen and purchasing teams to optimize costs.
- Review supplier invoices and ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Support monthly closing and reconciliation with Finance.
- Improve cost control systems and SOPs for better efficiency.
