A vibrant beauty brand in Jakarta is seeking an Admin E-Commerce Customer Service representative to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in customer service, and a keen interest in the beauty industry. This role requires working shifts, including weekends and campaign periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially within e-commerce.
- Familiar with major e-commerce platforms and their operational tools.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, order status, and general questions by chat in e-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktokshop, etc)
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, refunds, and product information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially within an e-commerce.
- Familiar with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.) and their operational tools.
- Excellent communication and writing skills that aligned with brand voice.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Strong Interest and knowledge in beauty industry.
- Willing to work in shift including weekends or campaign periods.
