- Regularly check internal and external benefits data to ensure the organization stays competitive and can attract and keep talent
- Evaluate what skills and training local employees need to grow and improve overall team performance
- Work with management to determine the right number and type of staff needed to meet business goals
- Apply policies and practices that build a high-performance work culture.
- Provide guidance to managers and staff on employment terms and labor laws.
- Minimal 3-5 years in similar position
- Excellent communication in English both verbal and written
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proven track record in an organization with similar standards and capacity
- Law education background will be an advantage.
