6. Budget & Performance Management – Oversee the marketing budget and use data-driven insights to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
7. Market & Competitor Insights – Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to shape our marketing strategies.
8. Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with sales teams and stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

1. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
