Job summary
A retail company in Ebbw Vale is seeking a Retail Team Leader to drive store success through team leadership and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has experience in retail or hospitality and is ready to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. Duties include managing stock, ensuring an appealing store layout, and acting as a keyholder. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact and support team growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team to hit store targets.

- Open and close the store as a keyholder.
Skills
As a Retail Team Leader, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day success of the store, including:
