Our Motel Team is warm, welcoming and quality-service focused, dedicated to exceeding guest expectations and working effectively as a team. You should be personable, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating with the housekeeping team to uphold Mollie’s brand room standards, guest policies and operational procedures. Reporting to the Head Receptionist, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and adherence to high standards.
We are looking for enthusiastic, well-organised candidates who are eager to learn and build a career with a fast-growing hospitality business. A minimum of one year of experience as a Receptionist is required, and you are either looking to step up to a supervisor role or are already operating in that capacity.
