A global fast-food chain in Bristol is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee operations and manage a team of over 100 employees. The role includes delivering excellent customer service, problem-solving, and adapting to changeable shift patterns. Ideal candidates will have experience in retail or hospitality and strong leadership skills. The position offers above minimum wage pay, meal allowances, and opportunities for progression.
As Shift Manager you will accomplish all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting and coaching employees. You will ensure standards are met by following production, productivity, quality and customer service standards. You will be monitoring operations, reallocating resources and solving operational problems. This position is in a multi-million restaurant and involves managing a team of 100 or more employees. You will be part of the management team that drives the restaurant forward by building sales, growing profitability and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role is restaurant-based and involves working changeable shift patterns including weekends and bank holidays. You will work a variety of day parts, including breakfast, evenings and overnights (if trading 24hrs).
