Back of House Supervisor at Slim Chickens, Manchester Arndale Centre. Slim Chickens serves southern-inspired fresh chicken tenders, wings, and sandwiches in a casual, laid-back setting.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Managing inventory, monitoring food stock, and ensuring timely ordering of supplies
  • Collaborating with the Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service
  • Handling kitchen-related issues and resolving them promptly to maintain smooth operations
  • Supporting staff training and development to uphold the brand’s high standards
  • Creating a positive, productive work environment where the kitchen team can thrive
