A leading catering company is seeking a Chef Supervisor to manage a kitchen team with enhanced inmates. Responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining a clean environment, and supervising kitchen operations. Candidates must have previous supervisory skills, relevant culinary qualifications, and experience in large kitchens. Work with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to deliver meals 3 times a day. You will be supervising and assisting enhanced inmates in the kitchen unit.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working alongside enhanced inmates, and aiding ensure the smooth function of the unit.
