As a Shift Leader in our doughnut decorating team, you'll run the shift on the shop floor, support your team, and help ensure every single doughnut meets Krispy Kreme’s gold standard.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support the processing team during your shift.

3. Doughnut Preparation: Mix, decorate, fill, and box fresh doughnuts to specification.

6. Training & Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
