A leading electrical distribution company is seeking a Regional Head of Sales to lead and innovate across the South West branch network. This is a regional role for all of South West, the region includes our branches within the areas of Poole, Exeter, Bristol and Redruth and surrounding with just over 40 branches and 5 direct reports.

As the Regional Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coaching Sales and Area Leaders across the South West branch network to drive revenue growth through business development and operational excellence.
You will be accountable for delivering sales, managing margins, and optimising operational expenditure to achieve the company's profit goals.
You will define the region's vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with internal and external market drivers.
Reporting to our Sales Director, you will collaborate with the 7 other Regional Head of Sales to share best practice and leverage growth opportunities, working in partnership with our Support Functions and Supply Chain experts you will be able to make high impact within a role filled with opportunity.
Ideally you will be a commercially driven and people focused leader with experience of developing high performing teams and achieving results.
