Education
As Head Butler, you will serve as the face of our Butler Program, leading a team of luxury ambassadors who deliver high-touch, personalized, and anticipatory service. You will oversee all aspects of butler operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and an uncompromising guest experience.
- Lead daily Butler operations, including pre-arrival planning, in-stay service, and departure experiences.
- Personally manage VIP guests, building rapport and anticipating needs with discretion and elegance.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality for high-profile guests.
- Conduct daily briefings, set team goals, and ensure consistent communication.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to deliver seamless service.
- Mentor and train Butler team members to uphold St. Regis standards.
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and scheduling to meet financial and operational goals.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance development of the Butler team.
- Lead a flagship team in one of London\'s most iconic locations.
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in Rooms Division or hotel operations.
- Proven leadership in luxury hospitality, with a passion for service and excellence.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technology skills.
- Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
