We are currently recruiting for a client who are a long established, highly respected, independent Estate Agency in Wimbledon, who are now looking to hire an Assistant Sales Manager join their team. The client have an enviable brand and this is an excellent opportunity for someone ambitious who is looking to work for a reputable and exciting company.

Ideal Candidate

The client would consider an outstanding Senior Sales Negotiator looking to take the step up or someone who is already an Assistant Sales Manager looking to join a top tier organisation.

You will be confident, articulate, well-presented and will demonstrate a positive attitude and approach to business. You will possess a strong, target driven sales ability. A desire to succeed within a team and develop the branch is a must. Our clients success is built on a reputation for excellent customer service and local knowledge.

Role Responsibilities
  • Carry out valuations, follow-ups and listings in order to win new business.
  • To provide Vendors with updates on a regular basis (in conjunction with branch colleagues)
  • To organise / assist in all aspects of canvassing for new business, canvassing for instructions where possible including database marketing.
  • Maintain a full and detailed knowledge of current competition and the local market ensuring you are kept informed of changes in relevant legislation.
