Salary : Base Salary of £35,000, bonus scheme in place, equity-based bonus scheme and car allowance.

As demand grows from the B2B sector including boutique studios, global retreats, hotels and residential partners, we are looking for someone who can help us nurture relationships and build sustainable growth.

The Role

We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead our B2B relationships and trade partnerships. You will manage all inbound enquiries, support our existing studio network, and prospect new opportunities across fitness, wellness, hospitality and residential sectors.

You will also develop and manage trade accounts, support international distributors, and represent FOLD at major events and exhibitions such as FIBO. This is a field-based role that involves regular travel within the UK and Europe, along with occasional international trips to support global partners.

What you will be doing
  • Managing and converting inbound B2B and trade enquiries into long-term partnerships
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with studios, gyms, hotels, retreats and residential developers
  • Developing trade accounts and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Growing wholesale product sales including FOLD grip socks and studio accessories
  • Managing distributor relationships including order fulfilment, commercial support and joint growth planning
  • Representing FOLD at trade shows and industry events including planning logistics and managing event setup
  • Hosting in-person meetings and product demonstrations to support partnership growth
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a consistent brand experience
  • Sharing market insights and partner feedback to help shape ongoing product and sales strategy
What we are looking for
  • At least three years of experience in business development, B2B sales, account management or trade partnerships
  • Willingness to get out on the road to meet our customers face to face.

  • Proven ability to build and grow commercial relationships across multiple sectors
  • Experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality or design-led environments is a bonus
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Able to manage sales pipelines and use CRM systems effectively
  • Comfortable with event planning, attending trade shows and setting up brand activations
  • Organised, proactive and confident working independently with regular travel
