THE ROLE

As part of our continuous expansion, we are looking for talented specialists to support one of our fastest growing and most innovative lines of business. Business solutions consultants play a pivotal role in all sales engagements; we rely on their technical know‑how and ability to take customers on a journey by delivering impactful product demos, POCs or through compelling storytelling to help them on their digital transformation journey.

OPPORTUNITIES
  • You will be supporting the sales organization as a trusted wealth management expert in engaging at C‑level with new and existing customers in architecting and demonstrating the solutions relevant to their business requirements.
  • You will be creating customer personas and user journeys to create impact and interest around the wealth solutions offerings.
  • You will work closely with product engineering and development teams to ensure that our solutions offerings are competitive, compelling and address customer needs.
  • You will act as a functional authority and trusted advisor to help our clients on their transformation journey, listening, challenging, anticipating, and making recommendations by building a transformation roadmap with them.
  • You will collaborate, partner, and consult with customer stakeholders at all levels to understand their bank's and wealth managers business strategy, challenges, and opportunities and articulating how Temenos can help them achieve their objectives.
  • You will support the RFP process to ensure that our solutions can be effectively applied to the client’s unique business challenge on a global scale.
  • You will manage Bids and proposals and coordinate between all parties to submit Temenos responses to clients RFPs and RFIs.
  • You will act as a brand ambassador for Temenos by getting involved in marketing campaigns, public speaking engagements, generating content (blogs, articles, etc.).
  • You will collaborate with various distributed internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales campaigns.
SKILLS
  • You should have experience in working in wealth management transformation projects, and other financial institutions. Having an understanding about the Value Chain in Private banking / Wealth management (Digital, Front, Middle and Back offices with the relevant Data Connectivity) would be essential.
  • You should have experience in Pre‑sales and related sales activities.
  • You should have experience in the following area: Wealth Management.
  • You should have a particular interest in the financial services industry; the trends, challenges, and innovations, particularly on Wealth Management and Private Banking.
  • You should have experience in a client‑facing role acts as a trusted partner to C‑level business and technical stakeholders.
  • You should be able to navigate complexity and deal with ambiguity.
  • You should have entrepreneurial spirit and a can‑do approach to problem‑solving.
  • You should have a global mindset, a team spirit, and a desire to make a real impact.
  • You should have an appetite for learning and growth.
  • You should be fluent both in English and ideally in French or Italian languages.
  • You should have excellent communication skills, a careful listener and inspiring speaker.
