Position: Full-Time International Business

• Experience with development in HTML / CSS (PHP / MySQL preferred)
• Online marketing experience (SEO / Google Ads preferred)
• Strong voice, presence, and authoritative communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with complex project management experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps preferred
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Self-motivated, professional, and positive approach
• Ability to explain technical processes to non-technical audiences
• Excellent writing and speaking skills
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
• Passion for building a startup
• Reliable remote workstation with fast computer, microphone, speakers, internet, and stable power

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with prospective clients professionally and promptly
• Learn about clients’ backgrounds, products, and objectives to advise effectively
• Stay informed about industry trends affecting client solutions
• Upsell by recommending website design and marketing strategies
• Develop proposals and detailed scopes of work
• Oversee client onboarding from sales to production
• Respond promptly to RFPs and client requests
• Attend sales and training meetings
• Update management with sales forecasts and tracking

Starting pay in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado ranges from $17 to $35 per hour.
