DNA Recruit is working with a dynamic and collaborative agency specializing in Shopper Marketing and Retail communications. They are looking for a Mid-Weight Strategist.
With a growing, ambitious team and a supportive culture, this is an ideal opportunity for a Strategist keen to shape retail experiences and drive brand impact in a commercially creative way.
As a Mid-Weight Strategist, you’ll play a key role in crafting compelling, insight-driven strategies across shopper campaigns, brand activations, and retail experiences. Reporting to the Strategy Director, you’ll be part of a close-knit team with direct access to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration across creative, client services, and production.
We’re looking for someone with a strategic mindset, a curious nature, and a desire to make work that works. Ideally, you will have:
Salary: £40,000–£50,000
Location: Hybrid – Northampton (2–3 days per week)
