Account Executive – Enterprise Solutions (EMEA)
Location : London, Hybrid (2 days minimum onsite, central HQ)
Salary : £100,000 p.a. (+ double-figure commission % on TCV - £250,000 OTE, uncapped) + equity
Our client is a fast-growing applied AI start-up that specialises in enterprise grade RAG systems, knowledge orchestration, and agentic workflows. Their platform helps large organisations use their data more effectively through advanced retrieval augmented generation, intelligent automation, and high accuracy decision support. They are well funded and scaling their commercial function, and this is the first sales hire in the team.
They are now looking for an experienced consultative hunter who can drive top-down enterprise sales across financial services and wider regulated sectors.
