Sales Development Representative (POS & Payments – Restaurants & Hospitality)

We’re growing our London team and are looking for experienced SDRs who have sold POS and payments before and know how to speak to restaurant operators.

What You’ll Do

Location : Hybrid (London)

Salary : Competitive base + uncapped commission

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls and outreach to restaurants and hospitality businesses
  • Sell and position POS and card payments solutions to decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for Sales Managers and field sales
  • Confidently handle objections around pricing, switching POS, and payments
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and log all activity and outcomes
  • Continuously improve scripts, talk tracks, and outreach strategies
  • Share insights on competitor POS systems, pricing models, and merchant objections
