What will your role be?
As the Asset Support Officer, you will support the Asset Management team with general administrative duties including customer and colleague inquiries, defect monitoring and reporting, data entry, and raising purchase orders for invoices. You will deliver high-quality customer service, respond to inquiries directed to the Asset Management team, and ensure customers are treated fairly, listened to, and their views are acted upon efficiently and effectively.
